Our Processing System

Your returns are prepared on site by licensed tax professionals, your returns are then reviewed by other licensed tax professionals. We do have offsite employees but they are with in the United States we do not outsource your data. We do use AI for research purposes but we will never use AI to prepare your tax returns.
Our fees are based on our experience, education and complexities of your return.

We have Notaries on staff we will notarize your documents for free if you are an established client.

We also have Spanish bilingual tax professionals.

Patti is the sole owner of Columbia Pacific Tax Service, she has been a licensed tax professional for 40+ years. She has been teaching tax law at Central Oregon Community College for the last 12 years. She has a passion for income taxes and her clients. She has a well-rounded following including farms large and small, businesses, rentals she helps clients choose the best course to take where taxes are concerned. Her favorite past times are taking care of her farm, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and enjoying all the outdoor activities Central Oregon has to offer. Patti can help educate you about the tax consequences of different life events, changes and decisions so that you can make well-informed decisions for your future for you and your business.

This price is for a simple company that brings in a profit & loss statement with a balance sheet. There is an extra charge for any time spent on bookkeeping or sorting out documents. Limit on depreciation items. There is an extra charge for the personal return.
